Our clients were the proud owners of a newly constructed penthouse condo with breathtaking views of downtown Bethesda — but the original layout did not fit their empty-nester lifestyle. The task was to reconfigure the original layout to accommodate the homeowners needs for hosting guests, and storing and displaying collectibles. Working together, we addressed their needs by remodeling the office to serve double duty as an extra bedroom — including a charming and convenient Murphy bed for their visiting grandchildren. We also crafted an eye-catching display in the foyer, with the couple’s treasured vintage carousel horse as the attractive focal point.
And they couldn’t have been more pleased. They now enjoy an open, inviting home that reflects their love of entertaining friends and spending time with family.
